We are a Club that primarily provides social and leisure activities

for adults over the age of 16 who have a learning disability.

We meet one evening each week

at the Egerton Rooms

Oldham

u.k.

Founded in the early 1960's and the brainchild of Dr Terence O'Grady, a former Divisional Medical Officer. The Club provides a diverse range of social and leisure activities.

Unfortunately Dr O'Grady died shortly before the club's inaugural meeting. However there is no doubt he would be justifiably proud if he could see how his dream of providing facilities for people with learning disabilities had been realised.

Currently around 100 members and many helpers come together to enjoy an evening of recreation and entertainment

The club leadership also organises a regular programme of out of club activities
