In addition to the 6 Officers and Trustees named above the club has some 8 additional Main Committee members making a total of 14. Dependent upon need this number may vary slightly.
Current Committee Members are:- Andrew Cheetham, Lisa Day, Diane Gammons, Peter Gammons, Wendy Johnson, Gweneth Smith, Carol Stacey, Ian Thompson.
The committee meets at least four times a year and the club’s Annual General Meeting takes place every May. Matters for consideration by the committee should be passed to either the Chairperson or one of the Club Leaders.
The club meets on a Tuesday evening at St Anne’s ARLFC, Higginshaw Road, Oldham, OL1 3JY. Members pay a weekly subscription of £4.00, and standard Club hours are 7.00pm to 9.00pm. Members are requested not to arrive before 6.45pm and to leave the club premises no later than 9.15pm.
Entertainment is provided on most club evenings as well as pool, Jigsaws, computer studies etc. A Disco is held on the last Tuesday of each month when the St Anne’s club bar will also be open. A Tuckshop providing soft drinks, crisps, sweets etc. is open most Tuesday evenings and a complimentary hot drink or juice and a biscuit are available midway through the evening.
On Club Nights and during other activities members are supported by a magnificent team of volunteers which together with the officers and committee members detailed above total around 30.

The Club is fortunate to have a very active members committee.
Elected directly by the club members the members committee is always available and tries to involve individual members or groups of members to discuss any ideas, suggestions and concerns they may have about the club and its activities.
Shortly before the main committee holds its quarterly meeting the members committee meets with the Club Leaders to discuss the points that have been put to them. Following this, one or two members, on a rotational basis, attend the main committee to discuss their ideas and put individual proposals forward.
